Will Mills, Staff Photographer
Will Mills is a freshman photographer for the Westminster Bi-Line. When he is not watching exotic car races, antagonizing his sister, procrastinating until the early hours of the morning, or dreaming about Kylie Jenner, he is standing under street lights in Lenox Square mall ominously and obviously watching strangers enter there automobiles and alerting authorities of suspicious people trying to take his hobby away from him.
